“We have the potential to discover ourself, so I just want to be a better me and not waste the time.” -Peng Fei

This episode features Peng Fei Su, an acrobat, magician and entertainer from Wuqiao, Cangzhou, Hebei, China. This region is known for acrobatics. Quite remarkable of a performer, Robert describes him as being ‘olympic calibre’ as well as being a kind and friendly man. So wonderful that Peng Fei was open to the challenge of speaking in english which was self taught. Peng Fei mentions how he never attended even one professional english class. He learned from working internationally and being surrounded by performers from different countries in his travels.

“If you have a 3 minute act, you probably will have 200 connections, so you have 200 chances to fail, that’s why we need to practice alot.” -Peng Fei

Peng Fei is one of the rare human beings to be sufficient and to excel performing the ‘Slack Wire’ act. Which he walks on (even while it swings side to side), and peddling with his hands on a unicycle upside down in ‘spread eagle’.

“Discovering, because every single minute you don’t know what’s gonna happen. So it’s new, it’s all discovering, I think that ’s the most interesting part” -Peng Fei

Peng Fei is grateful for his health and invests in keeping it that way. He speaks on the challenge of balance to work hard but also to enjoy life too. We can all relate. An ambitious man with perspective to keep his passion with art and travel expanding to a possible Chinese Cultural Performing Arts Agency in the future.

A routine of when you sleep and wake up will feel good and provide better energy. From a Chinese Medicine point of view, sleeping by 1030p and waking up by 730a is advised. Be consistent and see how it influences your energy levels
