The double digit episodes begin with a lovely surprise in having two Canadians rendezvous right here in Miami. This episode features Ward Arnold who Robert performed with on Quantum of The Seas last year. A lovely reunion in having them sit together and reflect on life. Robert has always respected Ward and has received many gems from his offerings that has enhanced his life. From physical wellness to ideas on the mind’s consciousness, Ward is thorough in his array of thoughts and skill sets. This show is a powerful mirrored conversation as both men compliment one another. One being a dancer the other a singer, one being a yogi, the other an experienced martial arts practitioner amongst other complimentary roles and skill sets.

“If you’re gonna dig a hole, dig a really deep hole. Don’t go around digging a hundred different holes that are only a foot deep. Pick one and drive into it deeply till you finally strike water. Just in the exercise of doing that will have already taught you so much, let alone ever getting to the water.” - One of Ward’s Martial Arts Teachers

It was cool that he got to share his musical passion during the ‘Quest Wheel’ opening segment with a diverse fun jam. Ward is not the kind of person that just sits around. Robert affirmed him that he is a ‘Renaissance Man’ which he took as an honoured compliment. The diversity and experience spoken through this weeks show behold timeless wisdom and practical lessons for us all to benefit from. Be it about the importance of posture, breathing deeply, being yourself and living in the moment.

“When I look at a lawn I don’t see green, I see a thousand shades of green. It’s true, I do actually see those things. It is not just an impression.” - Ward Arnold

Robert had some difficultly in responding to Ward as he just wanted to take some moments to meditate on his reflections. The most profound being Ward’s reflection on the current state of Planet Earth. The unfortunate state of many humans being numb to the point of being a ‘living dead’ with empty nutrition, technology and simulation addictions. In how we need to strive to shut down the inner chatter in our brains, so that when you lay down at night there are no thoughts going through your head.

“All the things that grandma and grandpa told you, they were not kidding, take a look back and wise up!” - Ward Arnold

“When there is a lot of nothing, you have the space to be able to think and be.” - Ward Arnold
