(FULL DISCLOSURE, this recording experienced some unexpected issues of which the editor did the best to still capture the wonderful words shared.) With QuestHands being a new show, there will be lots and lots of “FIRST’S” that happen. For example, this weeks episode was the first to be recorded in Canada. Robert actually made it back there, and with so many amazing diverse people around Toronto it was interesting who would be featured this week. Law of attraction took care of that by offering the authentically ‘happy go lucky' fellah, Sid Seth.

Sid is a positive vegan who was born in India, studied in the USA and who now calls Toronto, Canada home. A wonderful guest who represents the cultural and culinary diversity which soars in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A true testament of how you can make Canada your home in establishing like-minded community.

Robert was surprised with Sid’s expansive, vast, open reflections. They were full of mature complex thoughts, yet rarely carved at specific details. Even with food! For a man that posts at least 10 pictures of food a week on his social media, he couldn't even mention some of his favourite dishes! Oye! Ha!

Everyone has their gifts and offerings to reflect and learn from. Sid is a person at peace with himself who doesn’t take life too seriously. These are virtues we could all be inspired and enriched to behold.

Robert mentioned this amazing hostel in the middle of the Swiss Alps:

You can experience more about the wonderful social groups that Sid runs through the Toronto Vegetarian Association. Look for Sid as the group Admin to message him directly:

The theme of this 'WeeklyQuest' was FAMILY. To ask at least 1 member (or more if you create the time & attention) “How can I support you?” As long as you are alive there will be things you are reaching for. Earth is full of contrast and stress is inevitable. Be realistic how you can aid in any which way another family member this week. You will be surprised how simple things, can uplift and make a difference in someones life.
